The download includes the Pregnancy and Birth Colouring Book with Yoga Nidra in its entirety with 13 beautiful mandalas surrounded with affirmations, two pages for your own designs (a mandala and birthing story), a link to two specially craft yoga nidras (relaxation tracks) and the full scripts for the yoga nidras (ideal for your birth partner to record or if you are a birth professional). A4-sized. Ideal for creating space to reflect on and prepare for the upcoming birth.

The downloadable front and back covers have a white background for easy printing rather than the purple cover available on Amazon. I recommend printing on thicker paper for felt pens or paints. For your own use, you are welcome to print out multiple copies of the same mandala. For example, if one image in particular speaks to you, you can colour it and display it in multiple places around your home. If you are a doula or hypnobirthing teacher, please message me to get a free PDF of your favourite image to share with your clients.

I used these mandalas as part of a menarche ceremony for my niece. It was really interesting and lovely how the designs for different 'seasons' sparked different ideas and chats for us.
