5 out of 5 starsI did like it - a lovely, heavy fabric which hangs well and I like the design very much but it was too big for me. A small would have been better but was not available so I bought the medium which I thought would work as it is a loose fitting dress. However it was too big on the shoulders and so I had to send it back. I will keep an eye on the website as although this dress didn’t work I was impressed with the quality and the owner was very helpful in answering emails quickly.

Never received the item and though I waited weeks because they said they had shipping issues with Morocco, they just left me hanging with no attempt to resolve. They even got a nerve to still have the item for purchase yet NEVER even attempted to send my purchase. Thank God I am being refunded BUT I'm no longer confident in buying outside of the states. This buyer ignored my refund request so I had to open a case!

As a seller of quality handmade items there are sometimes delays due to material shortages or as in this case the religious month of Ramadan in Morocco where this beautiful dress in made. We kept the customer informed at all times of this delay. We have a five star customer service rating because we always refund unhappy customers when goods have not been dispatched for whatever reason. On this occasion the customer chose to open a case with Etsy whilst almost simultaneously requesting a refund from us which we were in the process of issuing. We are happy to say that we refunded the customer in full on this occasion and are disappointed that the customer chose to leave such a negative review in spite of receiving a full refund a few days after requesting it.
