Swiss dot, ruffle yellow sheer puff sleeves dress.

Excellent Condition - Sleeves elastic might need to be changed.

I think it would best fit a newborn, size 0-3 months, or a small doll. Please check the measurements:

Marthas Miniatures was originated in 1951 best known for its "Little Miss Smart Styled Dressy Dresses", with built-in slips and a bell attached with a ribbon. Dress sizes range from preemie to Girls Size 14-16.
