All my items are hand knit or crochet, and due to their very nature, may stretch slightly.
They can be washed with normal washing powder/ liquid, Gently by HAND, lay flat to dry.

The majority of my baby outfits are made as photography props, meant for use during a photo shoot. Bonnets, all items with neckties, embellishments and buttons should be used with care, and always supervised. The footed all-in-one outfits are not meant as sleepwear.

Please note, however, that custom sizes, styles or colours that I do not normally sell are considered a personalisation and are not refundable.

Shipping is via Royal Mail 1st class / International Standard Tracked.

There is an international courier upgrade on checkout. This takes 5-7 business days after production time.

RETURNS: Please notify me of a return request within 14 days of delivery, you then need to return the goods within the next 14 days. Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Custom colours/sizes/ styles are not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Parcels must be very clearly marked as a RETURN, or it will incur customs duties in the UK. . In the event of customs fees being charged on a return, this fee will be deducted from your refund.

COURIER Parcels: If you choose to return the parcel for a refund, the courier fee will not be refunded.
