As some of our items are made to order, they may be dispatched 1-5 days after your order has been placed. We strive to get your items in the post as quickly as possible. International postage times vary. If you have not received your item within 30 days of placing the order, please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please be patient when ordering to receive your item and note that there might be VAT OR CUSTOMS CHARGES that may apply upon receipt of the order which the customer is solely responsible for.

For International TRACKED SHIPPING please select this option at checkout, otherwise your item will not be tracked.

Please note that International (anywhere outside the United Kingdom) shipping orders that are placed on or after 1st of December 2021 may not arrive in time for Christmas 2021. As a small UK based business, we have no control of the shipping times after the package leaves the UK. We cannot guarantee shipping times, particularly at the busiest time of the year. We strongly advise that you place orders for Christmas gifts well in advance, early in November to guarantee arrival before Christmas day. If you need fast and tracked international shipping we can provide this service for extra cost. Please message us for a quote on the item/s that you would like to order.
