A knitting pattern for my Hearts Fingerless Gloves design featuring an intarsia heart design.

A slouchy, loose-fit pair of gloves designed to be loose enough around the wrists so that they will sit over long sleeves nicely.

The gloves will fit an average female hand but, due to the looseness of the gloves, would fit a male hand as a snug fit.

Skill Level: Beginner / Intermediate
For this pattern you will need to know how to work flat, knit, purl, decrease and how to work a small amount of colorwork.

Yarn:
Rowan Felted Tweed in shades Duck Egg and Clay.
Or, any Light Worsted / DK weight yarn.
You’ll need 140 mts of the Main Colour and 11 mts of the Contrasting Colour to make one pair of gloves.

Needles:
3.25 mm (US 3) straight needles
4mm (US 6) straight needles.

Gauge:
22 sts x 30 rows = 10cm (4”) worked in Stocking (Stockinette Stitch) on 4mm (US 6) straight needles.

I've already made several pairs of these gloves. I like to make a left and a right by switching the directions for the thumb gusset. But as written, the pattern is easy to follow. Definitely make sure to follow the direction to loosely chain the initial chain! I love these gloves!!!

I love the look of this blanket! I haven't finished it yet, but so far it is super easy. The only reason I took off a star is because I saw this pattern in shades of blue and black and loved it. I wish the pattern had a section or something for how many blocks in each color were needed for that. But I think I can just kind of make up my own numbers and still have it turn out pretty close to that. Very excited to see the finished product!

Really nice pattern - simple to follow with good instructions. Thank you! (I used Scheepjes Whirl green tea tipple & adjusted the length & width of my ends slightly)
