There will be no additional import, custom or delivery fees on art print shipments within the UK, EU, USA and Australia. For all other destinations it is pretty unlikely, but as with many international imports, you may be required to pay local duties or fees on the arrival of our order. All of our art prints, framed prints, and frames are custom-made, on-demand, and bespoke to the customers individual specifications. Therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you have received the wrong item, or your order has arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
