TO DOWNLOAD FILE:

Using an internet browser, go to your Etsy.com account purchases page to download file (do not try to download the file from the Etsy app, this will not work!). Be sure to download the correct file type (.swatches for Procreate, .jpg for all other programs). Please be sure to download this file directly onto your iPad. After downloading, tap the file to open it in Procreate (or import it directly from the Procreate App), and your palette is ready to use!

To download your files, simply log in to Etsy on Safari, go to your account purchases page, and you should be able to access your download there!! Please download your files directly onto your iPad. Try that and if you still have any further issues please send me a message and let me know! :) Thank you!

First of all, please make sure you have the latest update in Procreate before trying to open your palette. Sometimes files are also damaged or incomplete in the download process. If you have downloaded your files directly onto your iPad using Safari and they still won’t open, please message me and I will be happy to email you a copy of the files you purchased!

JPG versions of every palette are included in all purchases! To use your palette outside the Procreate app, please make sure to download the JPG file after your purchase. All .swatches files are for use in the Procreate app only, and will not open in any other program.

Due to upload limits, I have not added the jpg files to bundle listings. If you purchase a bundle and would like the JPG format, please message me and I will be happy to send them to you!

Please note: if you are buying bundles or pairs as well as individual palettes, please double check to see if the individual palettes are included in the bundles! As much as I would love to refund you for accidental multiple purchases, I cannot refund individual items on an order from my end. So please check your purchase beforehand! All bundle listings clearly state which palettes are included, for your convenience. I want to make sure you don’t spend more than you have to!

JPG files are now available with all palette purchases! While I do not have a compiled list of the HEX codes for each palette, you can use the JPG files to pull colors from. Simply upload the jpg file of the color palette to your project, and use the Canva eye dropper color tool to pull the colors you need (the eye dropper tool is available on there mobile, iPad and desktop version of Canva, but not the web browser, so you will have to download one of these). Select each of the colors from the jpg file and copy the HEX codes.

HEX code Color pickers can also be found online if you don’t have a program that does this. If you have any other concerns about how to use your palette, please message me and I will be happy to help!
