Ordered 5 items over 2 days from Etsy. This item that was the last item I ordered, arrived first from the UK before I even received items ordered from the US that were ordered the day before. Great shipping and the item was in excellent condition. Sally answered my emailed questions late into her night to get everything taken care of. Her customer service I would rate even higher than 5 stars. And the item I ordered from her was from the late 50's or early 60's looked like it was never used. Have seen others before that were in terrible shape. Thanks Sally

The handle on the tea pot was broken which was a surprise as it was bubble wrapped. The handle looked as if it had been glued on. Really disappointed and cheated.
