We usually take 1-3 business days to ship an order. If you need the product urgently, please message us and we'll see what we can do.
If your order is showing delivered but you haven't received the parcel, please message us and we'll try our best to assist you.

US customers: Our default carrier Chit Chats takes 5-7 business days. We have yet to be able to find another carrier that ships faster without charging a huge shipping fee.

Canadian customers: We offer Canada Post XPress (3-5 business days deliver) with an extra charge. You can choose Xpress in the shipping method dropdown when you check out, or, if you have already checked out, purchase our Xpress listing separately (please always message us first, to confirm that your order hasn't been shipped yet)

Customers from other countries: we use Chit Chats, which normally takes 2-4 weeks. If you'd like to get it faster, please contact us, and we'll get a quote from Canada Post, who may be able to ship faster.

Mistakes happen! Please let us know asap once you realized the address is wrong. We can always correct it if the order hasn't been mailed. Please note that if an order is not marked "shipped" in the system, it does not necessarily mean it is not mailed, because our shipping staff would mark orders "shipped" after they return from the post office.

For Canadian customers: our standard free shipping does not include a tracking code. If you would like to have a tracking code, please choose tracked parcel when you check out, and you would receive an email with the tracking code once the order is shipped.

For US and International customers: you will receive an email with the tracking code once the order is shipped.

Sometimes parcels are delivered to the neighbours, so we recommend checking with your neighbours first. If you cannot find it, please contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you.

People's face sizes are often unique and not in direct correlation to their gender or height.
The best way to ensure a good fit is:
- Take a mask that you currently own and think to be a good fit
- Use a tape measure, following the curve of the mask to measure the fabric part: width (from left to right) and height (from top to bottom)
- Compare the measurements with the measurements in our product copy

Due to different lighting and screen resolution, a mask can look different in different pictures. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your laptop or phone screen is 100% same as the one you see when you hold the mask in your hands.

Of course! We have an email subscription program. Please message us with your email address, and we will make sure you never miss a sale from us. We also offer a coupon to first-time subscribers.

As Etsy bans sellers from comparing our masks with medical graded masks or to comment on their effectiveness, we cannot comment on this directly. However, our customers have left reviews on the blow test they did on our masks, particularly double layer and triple layer. Please feel free to refer to their comments.

The filters are not washable. We are not medical professionals, but based on the information on the Internet, a filter should be replaced in 16-24 hours, and should be aired out between uses.
