DISPATCH

All personalised items are finished by hand and therefore can take a few days to get ready to dispatch. Should this time increase you will be notified by email. FREE DELIVERY is by Royal Mail and sent 2nd Class.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

All international orders are dispatched as Royal Mail International Standard. This is not a tracked service but has been very reliable in the sense that no packages have ever gone missing. It is frustrating however during peak times, such as Christmas and at various times during the current pandemic, where delivery times are much longer. There have been instances of packages taking 8 weeks to reach customers in North America during those times and therefore using this shipping option may require you to be patient. Most of the time, delivery is complete within 6-10 business days. The option to upgrade to a tracked service is there, please use it, it will give you some peace of mind. No package will be considered "missing" until 90 days have passed since dispatch if using standard shipping.
European orders should bear in mind that Brexit has impacted deliveries to EU countries. If a package is held in customs for longer than usual this is completely out of our hands and no amount of phone calls and emails to Royal Mail or UPS can speed up this process (believe me, we've tried).
All customers are responsible for entering the correct address information. Mistakes cannot be rectified after dispatch.

RETURNS

We're happy to refund unused items that can still be sold. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to start the returns process. When the item is returned the refund will be given. Return postage is at customer's expense.
