Yes if you tell us within one hour of paying for it but if we have already processed that order into our system then we cannot cancel it. It is best to contact us straight away, we appreciate that sometimes you may want to change your mind. However, if we have processed your order or through dealing with it, we have incurred administration costs then we may deduct up to £10 as an administration fee from any refund we give you.

If we have already personalised your item then we cannot cancel or refund you unless there has been a mistake on our part. Personalised items are personal to each individual and cannot be resold on by us.

In the event of a lost/undelivered item, I will send you out a replacement item free of charge - to the same address as your initial order.
