I will not give refunds or be responsible for items lost through postal services or sent back to me unclaimed which are left in a local sorting offices overseas - it is simply too time consuming and costly after fees and packaging.

Old clothing often needs special treatment and care when cleaning. 9 times out of 10 I will hand wash the clothes I sell. If you have any questions about cleaning the item you have purchased I have a wealth of knowledge on how to care for delicate fabrics and clothing so just ask as I am happy to help. I cannot be responsible or accept returns for items that have been damaged through mistreatment by the buyer ( e.g. shrinking a wool jumper in a hot wash ).

I do my best to give accurate measurements of the items in my shop taking into consideration structured bustlines and using a soft tape measure so please check and compare your measurements ( best to use a soft tape measure ) before making a purchase as I cannot accept a return if an item doesn't fit.

Time, care and effort is put into packing each individual item in my shop. Unlike a big department store where you can walk up to a counter, I am a one woman show and a small business so please consider all the above before making a purchase in my shop.

The only grounds I will accept returns is if an item has been misinterpreted and a flaw overlooked in the description. If you have any questions or are not sure about an item, please contact me before hand as I am ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP.
