There are no limits to how many times you can download a file. If the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed, you can always access the files on your Purchases page. That said, I do recommend downloading your files and saving to your device immediately post-purchase.

It sounds like you may have chosen "Hide My Email" which creates a unique and random email address to use with apps/websites. While this keeps your personal email private you might have issues receiving the automated email from Etsy that has the link to download your files.

Try logging into your Etsy account using a web browser (not the Etsy app) and navigating to your purchases page to access your downloads. If that does not work, send me a message and I can email your artwork instead.
