❗️21 character maximum for names along the top arch, spaces between names counts as one character. If the name you have asked for exceeds this the font may be smaller than the date, time and weight to fit❗️

Details engraved are: Name, Date, Time and Weight. (Wording will be arranged to suit best fit and may vary from picture. The dates come in a mix of number and wording format as listing photos.

PLEASE NOTE maximum characters for name is 21 and this includes spaces in between name. For example Amelia Amanda Greson be 20 characters. PLEASE NOTE: my supplier may omit engraving a middle name if they think the name doesn’t fit properly, sometimes even with 21 characters the names can be too long to fit due to the letters used (for example letters such as ‘m, w’take up more space than ‘i’) I can not offer refunds if you request a name that is too long (over 21 characters) and the middle name is omitted or if the name is smaller font than the rest due to too many letters.


Can be painted in other colours, please see colour chart. If you choose white for any of the arches the wording will also be white. if no colour choice is left in personalisation box I will try to contact you. if after two attempts o still have no reply the item will be painted as first photo. If colours are incorrect I can not refund or accept return.



Please note, this isn’t a double sided item. Although both sides are painted there may be spots of paint on the back due to the nature of the drying process. This isn’t a flaw, just a unique part of being handmade. It is also on the back of the item so won’t be seen.


Please don’t forget to leave details in personalisation box upon ordering and please double check all spelling as any errors or amendments cannot be rectified once I have ordered from my supplier. I am not liable for any errors in personalisation made by you.

This is the time it takes me to order in your shapes, make, package and post your order. I work on my own so I am chief maker, packer and admin person.

All shapes are brought in from external suppliers and they each individually have different dispatch times. Some ship 2 weeks after me ordering, hence why my dispatch times can be long.

If you checkout items with different delivery times the longer delivery time will automatically apply.

Delivery timescales are shown here, in the listing and a upon ordering, please take note of this before ordering, thank you.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel your order up to 12 hours after placing. Cancellations or refunds can not be processed after this time as your bespoke item will be ordered with my supplier

Royal Mail 2nd class delivery times are approximately 4 working days from me posting, Thank you.

All items in my shop are for decorative purposes only, they are not toys and must be kept out of the reach of children.Important info about undelivered items:

All items are sent with tracking numbers, if in the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive or is lost in the post please contact me as soon as possible. Items that haven't arrived after 5 weeks of posting that I haven't been contacted about will not be refunded or remade.
In the very unlikely event that your item hasn't been delivered but your tracking is showing as delivered please contact me no later than two weeks after tracking shows as delivered. In this instance your items WILL NOT be refunded but remade instead.If Royal Mail tracking has GPS coordinates that prove item was delivered to the address provided, no refund or remake will be given.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If in the unfortunate event any of your order arrives damaged please contact me within 2 DAYS of this being delivered to you. If you contact me after the 2 days delivery window I will not be able to help. I will also need photographic evidence of the damaged item AND the postage box it arrived in. If BOTH of these can not be provided I will not be able to assist with a replacement. Thank you for your understanding.
