For personalised items (where specified in the listing), after your order is placed and once the design is ready, we will send you a proof for you to approve or feedback changes before we go into production via Etsy Messages.

We communicate throughout this process to ensure the final design matches your expectations, and will not ship your item until we have an agreed proof that you are happy with.

In the event that we do not receive a response from you for a proof that has been sent, we will make further attempts to contact you via Etsy messages and if necessary email. If we still do not receive a response, as a last resort we may have to cancel your order to avoid Etsy marking us down for late shipping.

Unless otherwise specified in individual listings, delivery is FREE via Royal Mail 1st Class.

We endeavour to dispatch items in the fastest possible time, but in the case of personalised items we have to allow time for design and proofing. Generally speaking for orders where a proof is required, the quicker you are able to respond to a proof approval request, the quicker you will receive your item.

In the event of any issues or delays, we will always contact you at the earliest opportunity.
