★WHAT IS CUSTOM STAR MAP?:
Star map is actual map of the sky during your special moment- birth of a child, wedding, first kiss. We use NASA Astronomical Data Center Star Catalog that contains information about planets, nearly 100 million stars, 10 000 deep-sky objects, comets and asteroids. This data comes from the past and present NASA planetary missions, astronomical observations and laboratory measurements. Together with precise algorithms, latitude, longitude and the time provided by you we accurately recreate the sky view. The star chart that you see on the print is exactly as it would appear in the night sky with the constellations, planets and high resolution image of the milky way. This makes it the perfect gift for the special occasion.

★HOW TO ORDER
Choose the Print Size ,Add Your Personalization, then Add to Basket.

★COORDINATES:
If you want to add the exact coordinates to your star map, you can request so in "Notes to Seller" section before checking out. Please provide full address as well.

★DRAFTS/PROOFS:
We provide DRAFTS or Proof Requests only if you state so or the details on the order are not clear. We don`t produce drafts by default. If you are interested please REQUEST a DRAFT in advance. After we send you the draft you will have 24 hours to respond and we will make the suggested changes and send you a revision. We will be happy to work with you until you are satisfied with final design of the Sky Chart.

★ RETURNS
There are no returns or exchanges on customized/personalized items because of the nature of this product. Please ask questions before purchasing or request a draft and we will be happy to help you.

★FRAME OPTIONS:
We offer two framing options: Gallery White and Silky Black.
If you want framed poster please make sure you choose so from the drop-down menu. Please consider not all prints come framed as shown in pictures.
Gallery images are for illustration purposes only. Please refer to the image labelled "FRAME OPTIONS" to see the actual styles offered.
Please make sure you choose Framed Print from the drop down menu if you want to order one.

★DIGITAL DOWNLOAD OPTION:
You can get a digital version of a Star Map if you choose "Digital Download" from the drop-down menu and don`t forget to state the size you want. Currently we offer 8x10, 12x16, 16x20, 18x24 inches. You will receive a PDF or JPEG file with the desired size star map at 300 DPI and ready to print.

Printing: you can choose to a) print at home, b) Bring the file to any local printers E.g: FedEx, Kinkos, Office Max, Staples, Costco, c) Print with any online printing websites: Primo, Moo.com, Costco. Print on matte, luster photo paper, cardstock, or canvas. The file can be printed more than once to give as gifts.

We do drafts per request or the information you have provided is unclear and not by default. We will send you one within 24 hours of purchasing. As our star maps are created by hand and not just generated in a set design everything is customizable but a fee may apply. Examples of popular requests are

4. Remove constellation lines
5. Add a equatorial grid

We use the actual length at birth of your child to customize the birth poster. All the information and birth stats are customizable as well. We can even mix 2 different designs if that is your preference. We can change fonts, borders, colors. Fees may apply depending on your customization.
All of the baby design and illustrations are pre-drawn and we can NOT edit them to mimic how your baby looked at birth.

We will ask you to provide pictures as a proof. Once determined the item as damaged by us or by the shipping carrier we will proceed with further steps to either replace the item or to refund you for the damages. However we can only refund or replace items within 4 weeks of the delivery date. If you fail to report a problem or claim your replacement/refund within the 4 week period we will no longer be able to help you.
If there is something else wrong with your item (misspelled wording, wrong size, etc.), you will have 4 weeks from the delivery date to report the problem to us. If you fail to report a problem or claim your replacement/refund within the 4 week period we will no longer be able to help you.

In the case more additional changes are needed after you have approved a draft and your order was processed and completed by us, it may result in additional CHANGE OF ORDER FEE.
In the case, when a Print was already shipped and delivered, we wouldn't be able to change your order. Please, message us if you have a concern about an item you have purchased from us and we would find the best way to help you.
