2. Once we receive the item, we'll process your return within 5 days and you should be receiving your refund.

You can check your free shipping cost in your packing slip.

If an exchange is needed, we encourage the customer to place a new order for the items needed and return the other items.
When you place a new order and then send me the return item, you'll receive a full refund minus Half of Free shipping cost when we sent.
