We use value cards in therapy to help clients understand what values are important to them and whether they are living well aligned to them. We also try and notice the 'should' values. I 'should' be patient for example, and where that 'should' has come from.
These are brilliant for you to do yourself, but also great to do with partners and kids. Use them to help understand each other and support each other live an authentic, mindful life.

Great selection of words, comes in a card box to keep them safe and the card is thick quality card. Used them with my husband so we can discuss our core values and remind ourselves what we both find important to communicate better together. Fast delivery. Would recommend.
