Each kit includes pre-cut paper templates, which you assemble into the actual lantern/lampshade. Those parts are packed into a solid cardboard envelope and sent to you together with an illustrated step-by-step assembly guide. The cord set and bulb are NOT included, this is a lampshade only. The lampshade fits around standard lightbulbs. You can easily attach it to almost any pendant light fitting which you have in your house.

Before starting your DIY paper lantern, please keep the following in mind:

- For the best results, we recommend using UHU All Purpose Adhesive or Wood Glue (PVA-based).

Made from cellulose fibre, paper-like fabric is a natural and durable material derived from wood. Unlike regular paper, it is remarkably tear-resistant, water-resistant (washable), and long-lasting.
The paper-like fabric has a matte finish and the translucent qualities of traditional paper.

These lamps are so amazing. Shipment was ultra fast. Package was perfect, so nothing could happen to the lamp. While unpacking I had the sensational feeling that this special product was packed especially and only for me! There were stamps and stickers on the boxes, which were very cute ☺️ It really is a special product. Also I wanted two different koi’s, one which is turning clockwise and one which turns counterclockwise. The shop owner respected that wish and made the lamps as I wanted. The koi’s are bigger than expected and look great. I installed them on my ceiling with separate cables (Standard Ikea Hanging). Surprisingly my Philips Hue bulbs fit perfectly well into the koi. Now I have two colour changing fish! Absolutely lovely. My friends always make very positive comments about the lamps. Seems everyone likes them ☺️
