If an incorrect address is provided and the item is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for any cost to reship, and not responsible if the item is lost due to a bad old address. All items made to order. Not responsible if the bag you purchased is smaller or bigger than what you thought. Or it does not fit all the things you wanted to fit in your bag. We do not do refunds or exchanges on wrong color or wrong size unless its our mistake. Colors vary from screen to screen. If you are unsure about color convo me and I will let you know. If you have specific needs for your bag and you do not discuss with me beforehand, I am not responsible for the bag not meeting your needs.

We do custom orders as well, if there is something special you had in mind, please convo us. Custom orders based on the original designs, within 2-3 weeks. Once we have agreed on your ideas, we will create a custom listing for you with the quoted price. Once payment is completed we will begin your order and notify you when it ships.
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. This means a product or a size we do not normally sell, or make it in a color that we do not normally stock, or with features we do not include. If an item is exchanged for another item.

Imojendesign is not responsible for any damages or injury resulting to anyone from use or otherwise of our products intentionally or unintentionally. By ordering and purchasing our goods from our website or any other source you agree to use our products solely at your own risk. Once goods are shipped by us to the customer, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods in transit by mail carriers. We will however do our best in assisting the customer to locate the goods by providing necessary documentation and or tracking info.

We also send pictures with leather if you ask for, we also send if you ask for it pictures with handcrafting process. We give you all the attention you need. Payment is due within 2 days of purchase. If there is an extreme circumstance, please convo us, we do our best to be fair and understanding. If payment is not made, the item will be relisted.

You will be responsible for all customs, VAT, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. You are responsible to pay duties in your respective countries. Please do not ask us to ship as a gift or commercial sample as that is illegal & we follow the law.
