When the earrings arrived, they did not look as classy as pictured - the metal is much more visible than pictures and the earrings appear cheaply made. Not at all what I had in mind for my big day/wedding. n nI tried to arrange to return the earrings, and was politely told they will not accept returns, even though it doesn't state so on their vendor page. n nI've generally been really happy with my purchases on Etsy, so I confess I didn't make a point of verifying the policy when it wasn't written that no returns would be accepted. I'll just have to mark this up as a lesson learned.
