AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! There was a problem during the shipment process and Anna was super kind. I was able to figure it out and once I got my package I realized that the product was incorrect. So I reached out to see if it was something I did and of course it was! I swear I added personalizations to my order I still remembered what I wanted. She was super sweet and helped me to get a new one remade. She definitely didn’t have to do that since it was my fault and I messed up. I will definitely be shopping her for all my fur babies, family fur babies, and friend fur babies! An amazing store and an amazing person running it! Ps. I never leave comments or reviews, but honestly this was an fantastic experience. I wish everyone had this kind of customer service.

Love it! Fulfilled all my expectations! I just ordered the collar because i didn’t need the leash or the bow tie & i opted out from having a name on it. The collar is soft & the hardware feels nice and heavy. Great quality. Overall 100% worth buying. Also arrived pretty fast.
