This is a lovely ring and will wear it often. Shortly after ordering, I was contacted by the seller suggesting express shipping as it was coming from India. I agreed and paid the $21. Was told the ring would arrive in 4-5 days. From the time of shipping, it took nearly 2 weeks to get it. Had they not promised it would arrive in 4-5 days, I would have thought that was fairly quick for coming from overseas, I am in the US. When I contacted Customer service for a refund before the ring arrived, they told me they would look into it. Then told me it was shipped priority. I requested a refund for the shipping and I haven’t heard from them since. That was about a week ago.
