Just as pictured! I didn't realize that the dress had shoulder pads. I have very small shoulders so it was just a quick snip to remove them but I kept them just in case I wanted an extra oomph to my dress.

Wow wow wow!!!! I am absolutely in LOVE with this amazing piece. The pictures are great, and seeing it in person is even more amazing!!! Total 90’s vibe. Will be wearing this often and I will definitely be buying more items from this gem!
