When displaying my paintings and prints please keep out of direct sunlight to avoid any fading of colours.

With my handpainted portraits i recommend placing behind a glass frame to protect it and ensure its longevity.

Customers will be asked to keep an eye on their inbox to approve drafts.

I understand life can be hectic so customers will be contacted more than once if unresponsive.

In order to give each piece the time it deserves, if the customer does not approve the draft within a reasonable time period in which the painting can be complete within the set processing time stated, in order to not delay or compromise my time given to any other paintings or customers on my order list this order will be cancelled.

The customer can then reorder if they wish and be given a new dispatch date.

A watermarked final painting will be sent to your inbox before posting.

Every so often there may be an element of the painting that needs to be changed or tweaked at the request of the customer. I ask that any major or small changes be done during the draft stage so that i am able to easily accommodate this.

After the painting is finished there will be a max limit of 3 tweaks. If any more tweaks are requested the customer will be asked for an amendment fee of £2.50 per tweak or £5 per larger changes. Processing times will be extended to accommodate the extra time spent on this.

I ask that any customers who do have changes they wish to make be responsive to messages so that i am able to carry out these amendments within the original or extended processing time. Processing times can only be extended once.
