I tried multiple times on several different printers and the file wouldn’t print properly. It had a huge black blob on the center of the page which waisted a ton of ink every time i tried to print it. The seller was quite rude and when I asked for a refund since the file wasn’t working she stopped responding to me. I sadly wouldn’t recommend for this reason.

Hi Jesse, I apologize if you thought I was rude as that was never my intention. As I told you during our messages, there was no further troubleshooting I could offer after our initial discussion as it really seemed to be an error on your printers side. I sent a new file via email as a precaution and even printed it myself, and it worked. I have sold hundreds of this file for years and they are successfully printed. It is very clear in my policy and Etsy’s policy that there are no refunds on digital items. I am sorry you were unable to troubleshoot it successfully. Best Regards, Katie
