Specialising in using natural ingredients in our Handmade Soaps, Bath Teas, Facial Oils and Body Butters. We never use artificial colorants, fragrances or preservatives.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify your difficulties.

You will need to notify 2 Sister Soaps within 14 days if you are not satisfied with our products and would like a refund. You must return the item, unused, in its original packaging and accept postage costs. We adhere to UK retail law.
Payment
Payment required prior to order processing and dispatch.
Cancellation accepted until dispatch is made then please follow our refund/returns policy.

We do not accept international orders at this time.
Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 5 days and offer 2nd Class Small Parcel delivery via Royal Mail (with proof of postage).

We would normally expect you to receive your product within 8 working days.
