The rudest, most unprofessional purchasing experience I have ever had. I contacted the seller requesting a return due to the actual fabric not being as shown in the listing photo, indicating that the color was darker and that I was expecting it to be more turquoise like Van Gogh's painting. After 24 hrs, I had not received a response and followed the prompts in Etsy's app to give a more detailed description of the issue. I added that the actual fabric did not have the sheen as shown in the photo and posted the listing photo as well as a photo of what I received. The seller then began to berate me claiming that I was attempting to defraud him and "I am not responsible for the way a stock photo appears on your computer or screen." Stock photo? There's a red flag. This seller is no Etsy artisan.

My daughter chose this for her dorm room and, while it is a nice quality and light weight, the print is very "digitized" looking. In our opinion, the photos in the description didn't give that impression. I would not recommend.

I’m really dissatisfied with the quality of this duvet. For $100, I would expect a nicer material. The image looks low resolution and almost grainy. I changed my mind after ordering (the same day, before shipping) and reached out to cancel my order, but they do not accept cancellations. Now I am stuck with an overpriced duvet.
