I ship from Cheshire, England. Every single piece is hand made to order (by me!). Delivery within the UK takes a minimum of one week in transit (and 10+ days to most international destinations). Delivery times may vary AROUND THE HOLIDAYS due to order volume and postal load.

Please allow 8-12 business days before shipment to create.
Selecting expedited shipping will not prioritize the order.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. we are not responsible for delays due to customs.
UK Delivery:
UK Standard Delivery - 2-3 working days to arrive excluding weekends.
Our UK delivered parcels are sent using Standard and Tracked Royal Mail. If no-one is present at your address then a card will be left for you to re-arrange your delivery or collect your parcel from your local Post Office depot.
Aalia Jewellery are unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail, however in the unlikely event that this occurs please contact our Customer Service and we will try our best to resolve any problems.

Please be aware that your national postal service will complete the delivery of your order. We have NO control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duties and tax and others will not, and all at different rates! You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies and any customs fees are solely the customer's responsibility.
Also, please be mindful when adding your shipping address. We cannot take responsibility for lost parcels, parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address, items damaged during shipment or any postal service delays.

We only accept exchanges if there has been a defect or mistake on out part.

Each order will come with a care guide and instructions.
LENGTH
The length of the necklace is the total length, measured from end to end laying flat, this usually includes the bar and the charm.
We can custom any length, please leave a message in the comment box at checkout.
PACKAGING
AALIA Jewellery is an environmentally friendly shop that tries to reduce packing, all packaging will be recyclable.
RETURNS
As stated, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning your item for confirmation. A full refund is not guaranteed if return is made without prior notification.
Certain items are NOT eligible for return Please contact us to confirm.
Any international returns made due to refusal to accept the package based upon unexpected customs charges cannot be guaranteed a full refund.
Please contact us for more information if your package has been returned to sender due to incorrect address.
RESHIPMENT
If your order has been return back to us and you would like it resent to you, customer will have to pay for shipping.
REFUNDS
Please note we do not refund original shipping useless there has been a mistake on our behalf.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to cancel an order you must message us within 4 hours of when you place your order. Many pieces are custom made and once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled. We also try to ship very quickly. :)
