Hello I'm Deborah! I'm the designer, creator and inspired mind behind everything at Ainjewelz, Print-Cut-Create. Everything you see has been designed by myself in my home studio in the north east of Scotland.

1. You may use all Ainjewelz digital image sheets in your own artwork or crafts projects.
2. Bunting, cupcake flags, cupcake wrappers and colouring page downloads are for Personal Use Only
3. You MAY sell up to 50 of your creations, that use my craft digital downloads at craft fairs, Facebook page, Etsy shop etc.
4. You may NOT sell the digital or physical file for profit.
5. You may NOT give my digital file away via email, the internet (web-sharing), or as a freebie or as part of any giveaway.
6. You may NOT incorporate my designs into another image sheet or digital design for resale or sharing.
7. The purchased product may NOT be used in any website, banner, blog, logo etc. Please do not upload the high resolution file to any website or blog.
8. You may NOT use any of my designs on Print On Demand websites such as Cafepress, Zazzle, etc.

Custom and personalised orders
I will discuss your requirements, price and delivery time with you and then set up a custom order. Once you purchase the custom order, I aim to create and deliver your printable file/files within 4-6 days, with most being a lot sooner. At certain times of the year though I can get busy so if I can't keep to these delivery times I will tell you. If you need your custom/personalised order for a special date please inform me of this the first time you convo me.
Where's my Instant Download?
The files are instantly downloadable once payment has been processed. You will receive an email from Etsy containing a Download Link.
Or you can access your downloads from your Etsy account, please go to the top right menu "You'', then click on "Purchases and Reviews" , find your purchase and select ''Download''.
Help with Instant Downloads
Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.

My printer is A4 (8.5" x 11"), can I still print 12" x 12" papers on it?
Yes you can! If you use a PC or a MAC, you really don't need a 12"x 12" printer in order to print your files. Any regular A4 or 8.5 x 11 printer will do just fine. The edges will simply be cropped by the machine and you'll end up with a beautiful A4 patterned paper. Through the option menu of your printer you can choose to print the image at full size, scale the pattern further down or even change its orientation. There is no need to invest in a 12" x 12" printer to enjoy your digital papers. :-)
