Announcement   Due to the rise in Etsy Fees being applicable to postage and shipping, I have moved all of my mice, birds and kits to my Folksy shop. I totally understand the rise in fees, Etsy is a business after all but I am stunned by the decision to apply it to shipping. I will still be selling the downloadable PDF patterns here.

About

I create unique mice and other little creatures from tiny scraps of fabric, small flights of fancy from frippery.

I started making my little birds very simply, using patterns by other designers but I wanted to create my own style, my own unique view of nature. Each of my birds is totally unique and can take days to create, many hours of stitching and embellishing with beads or individual hand cut feathers.

I have now moved onto using Liberty, Tweed and Velvet to make small mice and other woodland creatures, giving them little outfits and accessories.

    I lived in the Middle East for 12 years before heading back to the UK and settling in Scotland. I've focused on birds for some reason and now trying lots of different techniques. But the embroidered ones are still my favourite

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
I want you to fall in love with any purchases you make but if it isn't love at first sight, then I can offer a full refund during the first 14 days after your received your parcel. Goods must be in a resalable condition.

Goods deemed faulty will be replaced or refunded along with return postage. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned with original packaging and adequate postage.

I use recorded delivery so that the package needs to be signed for on receipt. If my tracking receipt shows that the parcel has been delivered and signed for, it is no longer my responsibility to offer a refund, I will however set the wheels in motion to find out where your parcel is and how you can be recompensed.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are using the correct currency when purchasing, as I will not be held responsible for any mistakes made because of currency conversions.
Payment
Once your payment has cleared, I will post your purchase as per the shipping details below.
Shipping
Packages will be sent out using Royal Mail, second class and recorded delivery, if you require 1st Class, please let me know and I will invoice you for the difference.
