Frequently asked questions
How will my order be sent?
Art Prints that are A5, 7x5, A4, and 8x10 in size will be shipped to you in a flat board-back envelope, wrapped in a cellophane bag and acid free tissue paper.
Art Prints that are 11x14 and A3 in size will be shipped securely rolled in a packing tube, wrapped in acid free tissue paper.
Shipping + Tracking
Specific time frames for shipping are listed on each individual listing.
If you have a specific date/ deadline (birthday, wedding etc.) then please let us know in the note at checkout or send us a message and we will do my best to get the order to you in good time.
UK + Ireland:
Your order will be shipped via the Royal Mail First Class delivery service which aims to deliver on the next working day (including Saturdays).
For Tracking, please select this option at the checkout.
Rest of the World:
Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Delivery. This service aims to deliver within 3 - 7 days depending on where you are located.
Do you take Custom Design Requests?
Yes we would love to! Please feel free to send us a message for more information.
What is your returns policy?
I'm sorry but we don't accept returns. This is because every print is made to order and they are too fragile to withstand being returned and re-sold.
If you have a problem with your order E.g. If your print has been damaged in the mail, you have received the wrong item or you have not received your order, please contact us right away.
