Colourful cork leather jewellery, made with love!

I'm Beth and I make jewellery using cork leather from my home in Sheffield. I absolutely love working with cork leather because it's a vegan-friendly, lightweight and sustainable material which comes in a beautiful range of colours and patterns. The textures are amazing and make sure that every piece of jewellery is slightly different so you know you're getting something unique.

I have made jewellery for myself for many years as a hobby but last year started looking at ways to be more sustainable as a family and whilst doing that I came across cork leather. I started making all my jewellery with that and decided to make it into a business when I had more earrings than one human could possibly ever wear! I love being on Etsy because I really enjoy the community feel with all Etsy sellers and love that Etsy customers are looking for unique products, made by small businesses,

Each item is made to order and will be delivered within 2 weeks. All our packaging is eco-friendly. Free delivery within the UK is included.

Returns and exchange details
Returns
Under UK law, you have the right to terminate the contract and return items even if they are not faulty and have the right to do so up to 14 days after receipt of the items.

If you wish to return an item, please do contact me before posting, this is a legal requirement and will help to make the process quicker. You, as the customer are responsible for the cost of return postage.
All returns must be in an unworn, unmarked, as new condition and complete with all original tags/packaging in place. If the items show any wear, beyond what may be result of handling the item to check it is what you have ordered, a deduction will be made from your refund.
I recommend that you use sufficient protective packing materials to prevent damage to the item in transit. Should any damage occur to the product during its return, you will be responsible for any loss in value. It is also recommended to get proof of postage.

If the product is returned with no signs of damage or wear, you will receive a full refund.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an order, please get in touch as soon as possible so I can make sure I have suitable alternatives available for you.

If you change your mind about your order before it has been dispatched, please do contact me to request a cancellation. I aim to dispatch in stock items within 1-3 working days, so please let me know as soon as possible.

Exceptions:
I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products that are customised or personalised in any way. These items are exempt from these conditions under UK law.

Faulty Items
I take great pride in the jewellery I make and strive for it to always be of high quality. However if you do find that something is faulty, you have a right to return it and can do this up to six months after receipt of the goods. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund (full or partial), a repair or replacement and you will need to send photos of the item so I can assess which option will be most appropriate.

Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned to me because it is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by yourself, or if you don’t claim your package from the sorting centre, I cannot be held responsible. In these circumstances, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. Should your order be returned to me undelivered and you do not wish to have the package re-shipped, I will cancel the order. I will also cancel the order if your parcel is returned to me undelivered and you do not respond to notification of this within 3 working days. In both these circumstances, a refund will be issued for the value of the items ordered.
Payment
I accept all payment methods provided by Etsy.

Items within the UK will be sent using Royal Mail standard large letter/ parcel service unless another service is requested.

International orders will be posted using International Tracked service (Royal Mail). I will send your tracking number when I confirm I have dispatched your order so you can then track your order via the Royal Mail website. Free delivery is within the UK only.

I can only post to the delivery address you provide in your order details, no alternative addresses can be accepted by email or any other form of correspondence.

If a package is returned to me because it is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by yourself, or if you don’t claim your package from the sorting centre, I cannot be held responsible. Under these circumstances, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

Should your order be returned to me undelivered and you do not wish to have the package re-shipped, I will cancel the order.
