Can i change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately you can't change or cancel your order after confirmation has been sent. Once confirmation has been sent this means your print has been processed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the content and layout of the design is correct before ordering, as bespoke or made-to-order items are not returnable.
Can I Return My Item?
Please be aware that all bespoke or personalised orders are specifically made for each customer, so they can only be returned if they are faulty/do not meet your instruction or do not fit the description.
Otherwise we do not except returns for any other reason.
How long do personalised prints take?
Our personalised prints take 2-3 weeks this may change if we are super busy but we will inform you if this is any more.
I can't find what i'm looking for?
As designs can take some time to create, this can be done but may incur a bespoke charge for these prints. I would suggest contacting us with your thoughts and ideas and let us see what we can do!
What paper do you print on?
We use high quality semi gloss Paper which is 260gsm thick for all of our prints.
