About Anachronalia

Sales 99
On Etsy since 2014

Bespoke and one-off items inspired by the past, present, and possible futures.

Anachronalia was started in 2012 and specialises in stationery and book binding, both modern and inspired by medieval examples. All of them handmade in my workshop.

Are you a book lover looking for something special, or perhaps you just want an item to make the day-to-day a little bit different? Anachronalia can provide you with historically inspired paper craft and bespoke book binding projects. Perhaps you have a document you would like making into a unique book or would like a notebook to match your attire. These can be custom made for you.

Production partners

  • Fiftyeleven

    Durham, England

I occasionally work in conjunction with FiftyEleven who creates some of the wooden elements for my work using hand tools, traditional methods, and locally sourced woods. Their work can be seen particularly in my wooden boarded books and also my hair sticks.

  • The Print Project

    Shipley, England

The Print Project produces plates and letterpress prints from my artwork to produce the finished product.
