Así que ahora he sido propietario de una tienda de Etsy durante más de un año. He aprendido mucho en el camino e invertí el dinero que gano, de vuelta en mi maravillosa tienda. Finalmente pude actualizar mi equipo de cámara y estoy revisando lentamente mi tienda, retomando imágenes de productos, para brindar a mis increíbles clientes una mejor experiencia de compra. Ahora planeo ahorrar para mi boda y espero que parte de las ganancias de la venta, estas hermosas colchas hechas a mano, se destinen a nuestro día de ensueño.

He aprendido que es muy importante ajustar mi tienda aquí y allá y hacer tiempo para hacerlo. Paso gran parte de mi tiempo libre con la cara enterrada en mi alijo de tela y trabajando en mi máquina, que a menudo olvido. Habiendo dicho que mis colchas de patchwork para bebés hechas a mano, colchas de regazo, corredores de mesa y corredores de mesa de Navidad son increíbles. Tomo todo el cuidado y la atención a cada edredón que hago. ¡Esto se debe a que soy una madre, un cliente y un ser humano honesto que quiere lo mejor y quiere dar lo mejor de mí!

La tendencia boho es siempre una colección imprescindible de primavera/verano en el mundo de la moda y parece que las mamás tampoco pueden conseguir lo suficiente. Estoy agregando más de mi propio estilo a mis edredones ahora a medida que desarrollo mis habilidades, así que por favor siga buscando mi gama boho. Ya he añadido dos colchas de bebé boho y una colcha de regazo. Anteriormente he hecho una selección de colchas hippies para bebés y una colcha de bebé grunge de los 90. Me gusta desafiar completamente la norma de lo que debería ser un vivero tradicional. Me encanta crear y no puedo esperar para hacer un viaje a la tienda de telas y comenzar a comparar telas para ver qué tan bien funcionan. Selecciono a mano todas mis telas de mi tienda de telas local. Creo que es muy importante apoyar a mi comunidad local.

¡¡La artesanía me da un verdadero zumbido!! ¡Me encanta especialmente hacer mantas acolchadas para bebés! La elección de colores y telas es muy divertida. Cuando llego a casa, generalmente tengo varios paquetes de tela y es difícil elegir qué proyecto comenzar primero.

A veces tengo todo lo que necesito y solo hago una colcha de bebé hecha a mano o acolchada corredora de mesa con las telas que he elegido. Otras veces, doy un paso atrás y siento que falta algo. Luego, estoy directamente en mi alijo, comprobando qué funciona con las telas que he elegido. Algunas de mis colchas caseras están planificadas, pero otras son un progreso de trabajo porque quiero que sean lo mejor que puedan ser. ¡Soy padre y sé que cada niño es un pequeño tesoro! Quieres que tu principito o princesa tenga lo mejor, y eso es lo que pretendo ofrecer.

Ya he cubierto tantos temas, el tema más popular y solicitado en este momento es la colcha de bebé del bosque. A pesar de que todavía estoy desarrollando mi propio estilo, todavía me gusta investigar las últimas tendencias y, a veces, darles mi propio giro a AngiesPatch. También trato de adelantarme a la tendencia y estoy influenciado por muchas cosas que veo a mi alrededor. ¡Puedes ver mi colcha grunge de los 90! He hecho una colección sustancial de colchas para bebés para niños, niñas y de género neutro. He hecho una colección más pequeña de corredores de mesa y colchas de regazo hechas a mano, ya que estoy probando el mercado en estos artículos. ¡He añadido una nueva gama de corredores de mesa navideños y algunos bollos navideños y, más recientemente, una colcha de ardilla doble! So I have now been an Etsy shop owner for over a year. I have learned so much along the way and invested the money I make, back into my wonderful shop. I finally was able to update my camera equipment and am slowly going through my shop, retaking product images, to give my amazing customers a better shopping experience. I now plan to save for my wedding and hope that some of the proceeds from selling, these gorgeous handmade quilts, will go towards our dream day.

I have learned that it is very important to tweak my shop here and there and to make time to do it. I spend so much of my spare time with my face buried in my fabric stash and working on my machine, that I often forget. Having said that my handmade patchwork baby quilts, lap quilts, table runners and Christmas table runners are amazing! I take every bit of care and attention to every single quilt I make. This is because I'm a mum, a customer and an honest human being who wants the best and wants to give my best!

As we headed into the season of spring/ summer, I decided to explore a new up and coming trend... bohemian baby! The boho trend is always a must have, spring/ summer collection in the fashion world and it seems mums can't get enough either. I am adding more of my own style to my quilts now as I develop my skills, so please keep looking out for my bohemian range. I have already added two boho baby quilts and a lap quilt. I have previously made a selection of hippie baby quilts and a cool 90s grunge baby quilt. I like to completely challenge the norm of what a traditional nursery should be. If you love alternative styles then please keep checking in at my shop because I am always ready to deliver different and unique items, as well as some of the more traditional. I have also added a few old nursery favourites and have a beautiful range of shabby chic baby quilts and a shabby chic mug rug.

SO HERE IS A LITTLE ABOUT HOW MY HUMBLE SHOP WORKS!

I absolutely love creating and I can't wait to take a trip to the fabric store and start comparing fabrics to see how well they work. I hand select all my fabrics from my local fabric store. I think it's so important to support my local community.

Crafting gives me a real buzz!! I especially love making quilted baby blankets! The choice of colors and fabrics are just so much fun. When I arrive home, I usually have several bundles of fabric and its hard to pick which project to begin first.

Sometimes I have all I need and just make a baby quilt handmade or quilted table runner from the fabrics I've picked. Other times, I step back and feel there is something missing. Then, I am straight into my stash, checking what works with the fabrics I've picked. Some of my homemade quilts are planned but others are a working progress because I want them to be the best that they can be. I am a parent and I know that every child is a little treasure! You want your little prince or princess to have the best, and that is what I aim to deliver.

I have already covered so many themes, the most popular and requested theme at the moment is the woodland baby quilt. Even though I am still developing my own style, I still like to research the latest trends and, at times, put my own AngiesPatch twist on them. I also try to get ahead of the trend and I am influenced by a lot of things I see around me. You may see my 90s grunge quilt! This was inspired by a shopping trip with my daughter.

I have made a substantial collection of baby quilts for boys, girls and gender neutral. I have made a smaller collection of table runners and handmade lap quilts as I'm kinda testing the market on these items. I have added a new range of Christmas table runner and some Christmas bunting and, more recently, a double squirrel quilt! I do make more as I sell them and I do take custom orders on anything I may have sold before you have had chance to buy them.

I am fairly new to selling, and still finding my feet, although I am absolutely loving my journey so far and I have made some fabulous and creative friends along the way! Even though I am fairly new, my customer service is impeccable and I aim to make your shopping experience memorable.

All the baby quilts/ baby blankets, table runners and handmade quilts that are listed in my shop, are already made and ready to ship within 1-3 business days. I hate to sit idle and love creating new and interesting designs.
