    The Story so far...

    I have loved to draw and paint since I was very young and I love that I can now do it all day!

    I started my little shop in 2011 and after lots of research started listing pieces in 2012. It has been a wonderful journey so far, I have learnt so much about the crafting business, it is a wonderful big family of creators and Etsy is their home.

    I went on an 'extended vacation' in 2017 to move house, but now I'm back, fuelled with new ideas and excited to try some new ventures.

    I love to paint beautiful fashions, amazing people, graceful dancers and beautiful places. For more information on my process and tools, please see my policies page and you can also find me at my website/blog where I feature my process and lots of other things that inspire me.

    Accepted payment methods

    Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and cancellations
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
    Request a cancellation within:  12 hours of purchase
    I don't accept exchanges
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalised orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    I hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if you do want to return an item I have a 30 day return policy if I am contacted within 14 days. No hard feelings!

    I will happily give you a full refund of the original item price, minus shipping costs. I don't currently do exchanges.

    When returning something back to me, it's a good idea to retain the proof of postage. Unfortunately I can't refund a returned item that gets lost in the post!
    Payment
    Payment can be easily and securely made through Etsy Checkout.
    Delivery
    I always aim to have items posted within 5 working days of purchase, but usually it is sooner than that. I will keep in contact to let you know how things are progressing and once your piece has been shipped.

    I use Royal Mail First Class post for shipping within the UK and Royal Mail International Standard for all other locations. Estimated times are:

    UK : 1-2 Working days
    Europe: 3-5 Working days
    Rest of the World: 5-7 days

    For Original pieces I use a Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service for extra assurance. Outside of the UK tracking on items can sometimes be intermittent though!

    Occasionally some buyers will have to pay import and handling taxes to their postal carrier/government.

    In the unlikely circumstance that an item should reach you damaged, or not arrive at all, please let me know and I will see what I can do in the way of Refunds or Replacements.

    If you wish to purchase more than one item they will in most cases be shipped in one package. You can find out more information on secondary shipping charges and how they work on the Etsy Blog, but basically, on top of the original shipping price for the largest or heaviest item, you pay the secondary price for each extra item.

    Items are sent in a cellophane sleeve, inside a hard-backed envelope or cardboard tube for larger pieces to ensure that they reach you in the best possible condition. In some cases they may not get through the letterbox though, so keep an ear out for the postman!

    Information Sharing and Disclosure

    Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
    • Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
    • Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
