Please before you buy see the items description for correct sizes. Any questions you may have please don’t hesitate to ask me. I will get back to you as soon as possible and more than happy to provide any specific information for you

All my bridal hair accessories are made to the very high standard using the finest quality materials with extra care and attention to detail. Each order is packed in a gift box perfect for travel and safe storage.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and/or duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations.

Once a parcel has been posted i have absolutely no control over it. Delays at customs are rare but occasionally happen, so please place your order in plenty of time before your wedding.

It will depend on your location and the complexity of the piece you'd like. As a general rule, it is best to place your order at least 6 weeks before your wedding to allow enough time for production and shipping.

I will ship your order to the address you've provided to Etsy. If the address you submitted is incorrect, please contact me immediately with the correct information.

If you order has already been shipped, there is unfortunately nothing i can do. There will be not reimbursement for items shipped to an incorrect address due to a customer error. If the parcel is returned to me by the post service, i can re-ship your order to you, but you will need to pay for the cost of re-shipment

Please immediately inspect your order upon receiving it. You will have 3 days after receipt to notify me of any errors or damages. If your receive the wrong order, or if your order arrives damaged, (not due to shipping), please message me and send me a photo of the damage. I can than repair or replace as needed.

After 3 days, any damages sustained by the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.
