A second custom order made by Anne, the hearts are absolutely perfect for my crafts, thank you so much, all arrived very securely packaged and delivery was speedy. I love to make both functional and decorative ceramics using hand building techniques. My work is influenced by my garden, by holidays to lovely exotic locations, and a childhood growing up in Scotland, especially holidays to the West Coast.

I've been making ceramics for over 20 years, but took the plunge and went professional in 2019. It's been going well, with my work now in 7 outlets in Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. I'm happiest working in porcelain. It's so delicate - and a challenge. As you'll see from my work, I love to incorporate glass into my work, be it found sea glass or antique glass I've bought on my travels. I'm happy to undertake commissions, but please give me plenty notice. My new studio in the garden was finally completed in September 2021. It's so so nice to have the proper dedicated space to work in. And have a fantastic view of the garden. I've done several workshops already, so do get in touch if you would like a tailor-made session for yourself or as a present for someone.
