Tiaras & Co was established in November 1987 and this year is celebrating it's 31st anniversary. Over this time we have providing
hand crafted bespoke wedding tiaras, bridal headdresses and wedding jewellery to the highest standard. We stock the Enchanted range designed especially for children; Quirky Lila for the bride who is looking for something different vintage tiaras and hair ornaments, floral headband, birdcage veils and much more. All designs can be made to specific colours, size and style. Feathers can be dyed to match an outfit. Only the finest Swarovski crystal, freshwater pearls and semi-precious stones are used in our designs. Bespoke wedding tiaras and bridal headdresses are also available. The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returning items:
Please note that no refunds will be given after your wedding/prom date.

Bespoke items:
These items are all made to order as described above and by agreeing to purchase these items you are commissioning a service. Return of any Bespoke item will be subject to an offer of a full refund less 50% for labour costs and re-stocking fee, also less any postage and packing costs on goods returned in original condition within 7 days. We will not be able to accept any returns after the 7 day period.

Goods must be returned to us at your own expense and you should ensure they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We cannot refund any postage costs and ask that you recycle the original postage bag to return the item to us.
We advise you to use Recorded Delivery or for international buyers a similar service so that should the item go missing you are able to make a claim with the carrier and ensure that the item is insured up to the value of £50.00p.

If the item you are returning is valued at more than £50.00p, we recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery or for international buyers a similar service to ensure the item is insured appropriately.

Should the item go missing it is your responsibility to pursue any loss once the item has entered the postal system directly with Royal Mail or in the case of international customers with a similar postal service.

Request to return items must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order, and the item returned within 7 days after they have been received. (This does not apply to bespoke items see below) unless found to be defective, damaged or lost in the post in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2007). ALL ORDER QUERIES AND COMPLAINTS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement and an allocated returns number. As all items are made as you order a re-stocking fee will be charged.

If you choose to return the item by any other than the recommended method all risk of damage or loss lies solely with yourself.

We are unable to accept earring returns for legal reasons.

Refunds & Exchanges:
If the parcel is returned because of any of the following: The wrong address was provided, the package was not claimed, the delivery agent was unable to deliver or similar if you request the parcel to be resent new postage cost will be your responsibility and no refund on the item can be given under these circumstances.
Damaged Products:
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during the standard shipping process, please contact us with a digital photo showing the damage within 2 business days and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. Please not we will replace not refund a damaged item.

Payment not received within 24 hours are subject to cancellation.
Once payment has been received we will start your order and when complete all UK orders will be dispatch via Special Delivery for which a signature is required. Please make sure that if this is not possible at your home address you provide us with an alternative address where a signature may be obtained.
International orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail International 'Track and Trace' parcel service. This service can take up to 10/14 days for delivery to USA, Canada and Australia and is not guaranteed to arrive on a specific date.
Timing for Standard Shipping is not guaranteed - if items are late we cannot accept returns. We will, supply you with the 'tracking number' once the parcel is sent.
For a guaranteed 3/5 day service Track and Trace within Europe the price is approximately £17.00p or with Parcelforce 1 day guaranteed cost £45.00p. To America Canada, Australia and similar international shipping cost is £45.00p 3 days guarantee. These price are dependent on the size and weight of the individual item. If you would like a quote for an insured, or guaranteed service please request this.

If you are purchasing more than one item please contact us and we will adjust the shipping cost accordingly. If you fail to contact us we will be charged shipping for each item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: In the unlikely event that customs fees are applied, the buyer is responsible for payment.
We are not responsible for any delay in delivery which may occur if item is held for inspection at customs.
Items cannot be labelled as a "GIFT"

If you do not see exactly what you require please contact us and we will be happy to talk to you about your requirements. When placing your order please make sure you include your wedding date.
We do not hold stock items of any tiaras, head-dresses or jewellery. All designs are made especially for the customer as they order, therefore we are not able to send goods on an approval basis. However, we do appreciate how difficult it can be to choose on-line and for that reason we will, if requested by the customer, send samples of crystal, pearl or fabric colours for your to match with your wedding party.

Please note that delivery estimates are shown on each item page however we are able to accommodate rush orders if you let us know when you order.
Orders Required Urgently:
If your order is required urgently we can accommodate this. Please let us know and we can arrange for you to receive your order within your time frame. International orders will, of course incur extra shipping costs please see above. Timing for Standard Shipping is not guaranteed - if items are late we cannot accept returns.
