I have been stitching, creating and making for as long as I can remember. I love to combine hand and machine embroidery to create something unique. In the past I have made many gifts for family and friends and they have encouraged me to set up AnnieOBTextiles. It is exciting and challenging creating items others admire, but very rewarding when something you have created brings pleasure.

Returns and exchange details
I hope you will be very happy with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied please contact me so I can arrange a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with original packing within 14 days of receipt. A full refund of the original cost of the item and postage will be provided, however you will be responsible for paying the return postage costs. Please ensure you have proof of posting if you return an item.
Damages
All items are carefully wrapped to protect them during shipping but if there is any damage on arrival, please let me know immediately (within 24 hours) so I can investigate and arrange a solution.
Payment
Payments can be made using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to do this. PayPal is an easy and secure payment site, which can accept debit and credit cards.
Delivery
All items are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail. I will refund any excess postal charges to the customer. Concessions for multiple orders will be made. Due to the steep increase in postal charges in the US I have sadly limited shipping to the UK and Europe. However, I am happy to supply a quote for shipping cost and post to other parts of the world on request.
All items will be shipped within 1-3 days of receiving cleared payment. I will email you to confirm your goods have been dispatched. All items will be carefully wrapped for safe delivery.
Please note that any import duty charged for International orders is the responsibility of the buyer.

Any personalised or custom orders will take longer to dispatch so please contact me for an estimated time of delivery. I am sorry but I cannot give refunds on personalised or made to order items (unless there is a mistake on my part in which case a replacement will be issued).
