To fulfil your order, you must provide certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of your order(s). This data is processed on the lawful basis of receiving, completing, dispatching and charging you for your order(s).

Any payments for orders are processed by a third parties websites i.e. Etsy or Paypal. Third party websites are governed by their own privacy statements and ApplepipCrossStitch is not responsbile for their operations, including but not limited to their information practices. Users submitting information to or through these third-party websites should review the privacy statements of these sites before providing them with personally identifiable information.

Any data required to purchase from ApplepipCrossStitch is held on a secure system and is not distributed to any third parties (unless I have your permission or it is required for lawful basis; for example, providing the required accounts to HMRC if they request it.

You may request details of personal information which is held and you may ask for them to be deleted, unless required for lawful / legal basis.

Customers information is not held any longer than required, as previously stated some information must be retained for HMRC records (this is a legal obligation).

Documentation required for preparing accounts for HMRC: invoices, receipts, payments from customers which is a legal obligation and are required to be kept for at least 5 years after submission. After the required length of time this information will be securely destroyed.
