Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately, I don't take custom/personalised orders at the moment as all my items are as they are.
International Postage and Tracking
I ship the same amount of days as I ship on UK orders (first class mail) but I cannot estimate how long international orders will take. During this period of Covid 19 all international orders are tracked and signed for free.
Gift wrapping and packaging
At the moment I don't use gift wrapping apart from protective items that will prevent your order from damaging i.e cello bags, cardboard etc. but if you are buying a gift for a family member or a friend, please give me a note when you order.
Lost orders
If you're worried that your order is lost please contact me and I will do the best I can. If I have more than one item I will be more than happy to replace with another one. If a product is limited and the last please contact me and I will give a refund. This has happened before, for the very first time.
Do I offer Combined Shipping?
I do now! Only if you order 4+ items. Contact me first with where you're from and the items you're interested in buying. Then I will get back to you with the cost of combined shipping.
