Due to the ongoing supply chain issues experienced globally, last dates for Christmas shipping are a little earlier this year.
- Please order before 12 noon GMT on these dates to guarantee your item will be shipped in time to arrive with you before December 25th, subject to the selected courier delivering in their estimated timeframes.
- Orders placed after 12 noon GMT on these dates may still arrive with you in time for Christmas, but this is NOT guaranteed.

MANUFACTURING TIMES:

Covid-19 Update: We are still open and taking orders. This situation is ever changing and I’m monitoring events and following the official guidance which currently stand as “Online retail is still open and encouraged”. As an Etsy shop owner I work from home anyway, and I am in contact with my U.K. & US-based production partners who are still operating and taking precautions to ensure staff safety. There may be delays of up to 7 days or even more, unfortunately this is beyond our control.

We are following the latest guidelines with regard to postage, therefore sometimes we can no longer mail to certain countries. Please make sure you are able to receive a delivery when you place an order.

You can, of course, still place an order even if you can’t receive it and I will make your item for you as soon as delivery is opened again. Or you can just favourite and wait. We’ll still be here when it’s all settled down :)

I am unable to send “as gift” as I cannot guarantee there won’t be pricing on the invoice (due to various international laws), therefore I ask you not to check this option, please. Thank you.
