Frequently asked questions
Do you ship to my country?
I am happy to send to any country, if it is possible. If your country is not listed, convo me and I will add it for you to purchase.
Do you combine postage on multiple purchases?
Always! If you have overpaid on postage I will always refund any over-payment.
Do you accept returns?
I offer a 'no quibble' return policy. Simply return item in the same condition as when purchased, for a full refund (minus initial postal cost.) Buyer pays return postage.
What is your dispatch time?
My settings are 1 - 3 business days, but most orders go out on the next working day (Monday to Friday) or sometimes on the same day, depending on what time the order is placed. If, for any reason your purchase is going to be delayed at all, I will contact you to let you know.
I haven't received my item.
Sometimes packages can be delayed, particularly at customs, and must be given a reasonable time to be delivered. The UK postal service do not consider international post lost until after at least 20 *working days* from the estimated delivery date have passed. However, I will always stay in touch with you throughout if your item is late, or gets lost in the post.
Do you send tracked post?
On all items under £20, I send 2nd class in UK and standard airmail for international post to keep costs down. UK tracked postage to other countries often costs more than the item. If you definitely want your item tracking, convo me and I will change the postage on the listing to include tracking.
