Unfortunately, the Picasso is lost in the mail somewhere. I’m massively disappointed about it. But I have to say, the shop owner could not have been nicer or more professional. I’ve bought many things online, especially on Etsy, and I’ve never been more impressed with a seller. He updated me regularly and was so apologetic! Class act all the way. Wasn’t even his fault, but he refunded my money anyway and was very pleasant to deal with. Excellent customer service!!! He turned what I thought was going to be a bad experience and made it a good experience - @ his expense (which bums me out considering how nice he is). I’m just so appreciative. Thank you!
