Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
UK buyers have the right to return products within 14 days after receipt of goods. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible. Returned items must be sent in the condition that it was originally shipped and by the same level of service and insurance. As soon as it is received by me, I will generate the refund. Please kindly note that postage will not be refunded.

No Returns accepted for International orders. Please make sure you read the item description carefully before purchasing.

If your purchase is damaged during shipping please contact me immediately. Please send multiple photos of both the damaged package and the damaged contents. All of my items are sent insured and this will allow me to begin the process of claiming on the damaged goods. I will keep you informed on the process and may ask you to return the packaging and goods. I will be happy to issue a refund by PayPal. Depending on the circumstances and depending on your preferences and Etsy guidelines, I'll make sure I take care of the problem to your 100% satisfaction.
Delivery
All UK original art orders will be sent Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery or other suitable tracked courier service, all with appropriate insurance and FREE.

All UK print orders will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For at a cost indicated on the listing.

International Orders - All International sales must be tracked, insured and signed for on delivery by the customer. Please be aware that I am not responsible for any delays in International posting and that orders cannot be cancelled once the item is shipped. International customers might also experience customs related delays and possible import and customs taxes within their country, I am not responsible for any customs and import taxes, such taxes are the responsibility of the buyer/receiver.
