Delivery

We are a working ‘Blacksmith’s Shop’, with horseshoeing still a priority.
This means that farriery work can interfere with our postal duties.
However, your orders are important and will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Frequently but not as a general rule, items may be sent out on the day of order.
Our products are hand made, with only a small stock, so most items are made to fulfil your orders

‘Royal Mail Signed For’ is our favoured courier; with this service, tracking is available and insurance is in place as standard.

UK items are posted 2nd Class 'signed for', while international mail is sent either International Tracked & Signed, or International Tracked.

International Tracked & Signed receives full end to end tracking, signature taken on delivery and online delivery confirmation. This service also receives priority handling in the UK and overseas.

International Tracked, receives full end to end tracking.
This service also receives priority handling in the UK and overseas.
Royal Mail suggests worldwide delivery will be within 5-7 working days but please allow two weeks shipping, delays can be made within the country of destination

However, please be aware of all the time-scales; your order needs to be received, sometimes confirmed, made up and packaged and then posted, and after that we may be in the lap of the gods!

Additional policies and FAQs

Our shop is new, having only been set up in January 2014.
Our policies are not cast in stone and we reserve the right to adapt and change in accordance with our circumstances and your needs.

Should you require multiple items please contact us before ordering so that we may review our carriage costs, to ensure that we deliver your goods in the most effective manner.
