I'm clicking 'Track with Royal Mail' in my dispatch email, but it isn't working?
This is a DOOZY on Etsy's part I'm afraid!
For some unknown reason, they attach a button which says 'Track with Royal Mail' on every single order dispatch email. Unless you have specifically chosen 'Express Tracked Delivery' at checkout - this will not work. Standard Delivery options, both Domestic and International are not tracked. This is because I would like to keep shipping affordable for all customers, no matter where you are in the world!
Please be assured that I have been in contact with Etsy to ask why this happens, to which I was informed it is being worked on.
